Pressoria is a sensory, poetic and engaging visitor experience, which tells the story of champagne and its unique production in this region of France
"A new symbolic step has just been taken in the history of the future sensory interpretation center for Aÿ-Champagne wines”, writes l’Hebdo du Vendredi.
Members of Aÿ-Champagne’s local public society voted on the new name for the forthcoming Casson Mann designed interpretation center, formerly called Le Pressoir.
