In Future

Science Museum, London 2000

‘In Future’, a gallery on the third floor of the Science Museum’s Wellcome Wing, was specifically created to be of interest to teenagers, a notoriously difficult group to engage in the museum environment. We created an environment to explore the impact of technology on the future. Rather than allowing the visitor to be a detached observer, the exhibition focuses on our individual and collective responsibility. The future is what we make it. A series of multi-user interactive games are projected onto the tables, dealing with some of the difficult issues raised by future technologies.
